V. im Parit\u00e4ter\" width=\"212\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.el-pan-alegre.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Urkunde_Web-212x300.jpg 212w, https:\/\/www.el-pan-alegre.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Urkunde_Web.jpg 724w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 212px) 100vw, 212px\" \/><\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>(aus der Webseite:) Der Parit\u00e4tische ist ein Wohlfahrtsverband von eigenst\u00e4ndigen Organisationen, Einrichtungen und Gruppierungen der Wohlfahrtspflege, die soziale Arbeit f\u00fcr andere oder als Selbsthilfe leisten.<\/h4>\n<p>Getragen von der Idee der Parit\u00e4t, das hei\u00dft der Gleichheit aller in ihrem Ansehen und ihren M\u00f6glichkeiten, getragen von Prinzipien der Toleranz, Offenheit und Vielfalt, will der Parit\u00e4tische Mittler sein zwischen Generationen und zwischen Weltanschauungen, zwischen Ans\u00e4tzen und Methoden sozialer Arbeit, auch zwischen seinen Mitgliedsorganisationen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Parit\u00e4tische ist der Idee sozialer Gerechtigkeit verpflichtet, verstanden als das Recht eines jeden Menschen auf gleiche Chancen zur Verwirklichung seines Lebens in W\u00fcrde und der Entfaltung seiner Pers\u00f6nlichkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Der Parit\u00e4tische f\u00f6rdert das soziale Engagement f\u00fcr den anderen und den Einsatz f\u00fcr die eigenen sozialen Belange. Er hilft den Betroffenen, ihre Interessen zu formulieren, vorzutragen und durchzusetzen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Parit\u00e4tische vertritt mit seinen Mitgliedsorganisationen insbesondere die Belange der sozial Benachteiligten und der von Ungleichheit und Ausgrenzung Betroffenen oder Bedrohten.<\/p>\n<p>Der Parit\u00e4tische wirkt auf eine Sozial- und Gesellschaftspolitik hin, die die Ursachen von Benachteiligung beseitigen, ein selbstbestimmendes Leben erm\u00f6glichen und sachgerechte Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr eine zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfe soziale Arbeit schaffen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">* * *<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En Buenas Manos e.
