Wie kann ich in einer Gro\u00dfstadt gesund leben? Und was geh\u00f6rt \u00fcberhaupt dazu zum Rundum-Gesundsein? Auch in diesem Jahr hat am Beginn der Sommerferien Berlin 21<\/a>, das Netzwerk f\u00fcr nachhaltige Entwicklung in der deutschen Hauptstadt, wieder kleine und gro\u00dfe Menschen auf das Gel\u00e4nde der IGA 2017 eingeladen zum Entdecken & Ausprobieren, Nachdenken & Naschen.<\/p>\n

Auf der idyllischen Seeterrasse im Kienbergpark wurde das IGA-Umweltbildungszentrum (UBZ) erhalten. Nicht nur unter der Woche ist das UBZ ein vielf\u00e4ltiger Erlebnisort f\u00fcr Kitagruppen und Schulklassen; es bietet ganzj\u00e4hrig auch an den Wochenenden und in den Ferien umfangreiche, altersspezifische Bildungsangebote (s. auch UBZ-Webseite<\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n

Klar, dass also auch an diesem Wochenende die kleinen Powerk\u00f6rner des Fuchsschwanzgew\u00e4chses Amaranth<\/a> nicht fehlen durften! Und nat\u00fcrlich brachte Berlin21-Mitglied En Buenas Manos<\/a> e. V., seit vielen Jahren engagiert in der Bildung f\u00fcr nachhaltige Entwicklung am Beispiel dieser hochwertigen Nahrungspflanze, neben seinen Anschauungsmaterialien auch wieder den Kochtopf mit :-).<\/span><\/p>\n
