{"id":1535,"date":"2016-08-31T20:54:24","date_gmt":"2016-08-31T18:54:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.el-pan-alegre.org\/wordpress\/?p=1535"},"modified":"2016-08-31T20:54:24","modified_gmt":"2016-08-31T18:54:24","slug":"der-froehliche-imbiss","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.el-pan-alegre.org\/wordpress\/1535-der-froehliche-imbiss\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cDer Fr\u00f6hliche Imbiss\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00e4chtig fr\u00f6hlich hatten wir\u2019s letzten Samstag bei mir zu Hause: Ich hatte aus dem nachbarschaftlichen Umfeld meiner Familie Haciendo Almas zu einer kleinen Verkostung ausgesuchter mexikanischer Amaranthprodukte eingeladen (Fotos 1-7), die sich ganz wunderbar auch in Kuba herstellen lie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Zu probieren gab es \u00b7<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201eBatido de Alegr\u00eda\u201d (eine Erfrischungsgetr\u00e4nk-Fertigmischung aus Amaranthmehl, Milchpulver, Zucker, Vanille und Zimt; Foto 8)\u00b7<\/li>\n<li>\u201eTurr\u00f3n alegre\u201c (mex.: Barra, ein Amaranth-M\u00fcsli-Riegel; Foto 9) und\u00b7<\/li>\n<li>\u201eChurritos alegres\u201c (salziger Knabberspa\u00df; Foto 10).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ich werde nicht lange drum herum reden: Nicht nur die \u201cFamilie\u201d, sondern auch Kiosk-Kunden von der Stra\u00dfe fanden alles superlecker und freuten sich dar\u00fcber, dass das Ganze auch noch nahrhaft ist! (Davon konnten sich insbesondere diejenigen \u00fcberzeugen, die fast f\u00fcnf Stunden lang Fotos guckten und sich unterhielten \u2013 ohne Mittagessen, nur mit dem Amaranth im Bauch \u2013 und am Ende trotzdem ohne Hungergef\u00fchl aufbrachen \u2026)<\/p>\n<p>Der Kamera entwischt sind Ludovico, der nat\u00fcrlich auch dabei war, und ebenso meine Nachbarin und Freundin Aym\u00e9, die sich zu einer immer enthusiastischeren Promotorin entwickelt hat, je mehr sie im Laufe der Jahre \u00fcber die Pflanze und ihre Qualit\u00e4ten erfuhr.<\/p>\n<p>Auf besondere Weise pr\u00e4sent war auch ein anderer Freund und weiteres Mitglied von Haciendo Almas, der Maler \u00c1ngel Manzanet; er hatte mit seinem Kinder-Malprojekt Inaku ein Namensschild f\u00fcr den \u201cKiosco Alegre\u201d entworfen. Auch auf diesem Weg ein dickes herzliches Dankesch\u00f6n an Inaku und Manzanet!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.el-pan-alegre.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Kiosco_Alegre-1.jpg\"><img
