Letzte Woche haben wir \u2013 Sandra Rodr\u00edguez Ribalta<\/a> (Stadtteilprojekt \u201eAndo Reforestando\u201c) , Nuria Costa Leonardo<\/a> (Mexikanisches Land-\/Frauennetzwerk und Koordinatorin der 1000 Friedensfrauen in Lateinamerika) und ich \u2013 in Havanna den Projektideen-Austausch zu Ern\u00e4hrungssicherheit bzw. nachhaltiger lokaler Entwicklung allgemein fortgesetzt, der bei meinem Besuch bei Nuria in Mexiko im Juni an Fahrt gewonnen hatte; ebenfalls teilnehmen konnte jetzt zu unserer gro\u00dfen Freude auch unsere Freundin Alba Camejo, die \u00fcber ihr Projekt \u201e\u00c1rbol de vida<\/a>\u201c zu Umweltthemen publiziert.<\/p>\n

Unsere Ideen haben n\u00e4mlich konkrete Umrisse bekommen durch die beeindruckenden Beispiele von Nurias EcoAldea \u201eBosque de Agua\u201c<\/a> sowie der Finca \u201eSierra Encantada<\/a>\u201c, auf der Nurias Nachbarin und Freundin Regina Olvera k\u00f6stliche \u2013 und 2014-15 auf Weltniveau pr\u00e4miierte \u2013 Ziegenk\u00e4se-Varianten herstellt (s. auch Blogbeitrag<\/a> Juni 2016).<\/p>\n

Na, und selbstverst\u00e4ndlich ist der AMARANTH immer mit dabei. W\u00e4hrend meines Besuches im \u201eBosque de Agua\u201c hatte unser mexikanischer Freund Francisco Bonilla von Emprender Siglo XXI, S.C.<\/a>, und treuer Begleiter von \u201eEl Pan Alegre\u201c seit 2011, seine neueste Produkt-Kreation vorgestellt: Eiswaffel-R\u00f6llchen aus Amaranthmehl. \u00dcberfl\u00fcssig zu sagen, dass wir damals \u2013 nach gr\u00fcndlicher Verkostung (\ud83d\ude09) \u2013 \u00fcbereinstimmend zu dem Ergebnis gekommen waren, dass diese Waffelr\u00f6llchen ganz wunderbar auch zu Obstsalaten, Joghurt und Puddings passen \u2026<\/p>\n

Als also Nuria jetzt Mitte Juli wieder hier in Havanna war, haben wir unsere Projektideen vertieft und sie dann unter anderem auch Dr. Susanne Scholaen<\/a>, der Vertreterin der Welthungerhilfe<\/a> in Kuba, und ihrer Kollegin Gisela Pereira vorgestellt. Wir fanden jede Menge Ankn\u00fcpfungspunkte und schwupps, wurden aus der geplanten einen Stunde f\u00fcr unser Treffen zwei; am Ende kopierten sich Susanne und Gisela die ganzen 1,52 GB Informationen, die ich im Laufe der Zeit gesammelt habe, mitsamt der Foto-Show zur \u201eSierra Encantada\u201c und gaben Sandra, Nuria und mir einen ganzen Berg an wertvollen Tipps f\u00fcr unsere weiteren Schritte mit.<\/p>\n
