Nun habe ich sie fertig: die Zusammenstellung der Basisdaten zu Amaranth (Geschichte, N\u00e4hrwert im Vergleich zu Weizen und Reis, das Rezept f\u00fcr „alegr\u00eda \/ Freude“, die Anbauanleitung f\u00fcr Latein-amerika und speziell f\u00fcr Kuba, …) –
erst mal auf Spanisch, denn das war noch eine „Hausaufgabe“, die ich aus Kuba mitgebracht hatte.<\/span><\/p>\n
