Amaranth (Geschichte, N\u00e4hrwert im Vergleich zu Weizen und Reis, das Rezept f\u00fcr &#8222;alegr\u00eda \/ Freude&#8220;, die Anbauanleitung f\u00fcr Latein-amerika und speziell f\u00fcr Kuba, &#8230;) &#8211;<br \/>erst mal auf Spanisch, denn das war noch eine &#8222;Hausaufgabe&#8220;, die ich aus Kuba mitgebracht hatte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Bevor ich sie
